passport information page (valid until at least december 2026)
visa page for china(if applicable) and latest entry stamp page (if applicable)
high school diploma or pre-graduation certificate (for degree-seeking students only)
high school academic transcripts
hsk score report (for chinese-taught programs only)
proof of financial capability or financial guarantee (minimum usd 5,000 or equivalent)
english proficiency test scores (toefl/ielts, etc.) or pass our university’s english test (for english-taught programs only)
statement of academic performance from previous institution (for applicants with prior study experience in china)
medical examination report (valid within the last 6 months)
police clearance certificate (no criminal record)** (valid within the last 6 months)
recent passport-sized photo (taken within the last 2 months, white background, no borders, at least 320x240 pixels, jpg format, named with passport number)
notes:
1. all documents marked with must be scanned copies of the original. non-chinese/english materials require notarized translations in chinese or english.
2. original documents must be presented for verification upon registration, along with photocopies.
